My poor baby!

Parker was out playing basketball when he went for a ball but accidently tripped over a bike and hit his head in the temple area with the bicycle's handlebars - YIKES! It looked like he had a golf ball attached to the side of his head. Being that it was in the temple area - we did not want to take any risks and took him to the ER. They did a CAT scan and said everything was fine. The next day he looked a lot better and believe me - it has not slowed him down one bit!

Jenkins...Day 1

Hello! We have Jordan and Wade visiting us from Collierville, TN. We are so excited they are here - the boys are in 7th heaven. Today we climbed Castle Rock and then went swimming at the rec center. Right now the boys are outside playing some basketball - how fun to be a kid! I will keep you posted on our next adventures....

A Wonderful Cool Colorado Evening

It is June 19th and we are sitting outside on our deck with the fire pit going and a blanket for me. It is in the low 60's and a slight breeze - absolutely wonderful!!

Golfing....

Grayson's sport is golfing and it is his season. He is on a local golf league and loves it. He placed first last week. I took Grayson, Parker and one of their friends golfing on Thursday - they loved it!

Boulder Creek

Hello everyone! Yesterday we went to Boulder to check out Boulder creek - a place where you can hop in an innertube and float down the creek - sounds fun doesn't it? Well, it is an absolutely beautiful place. We didn't see anyone tubing but did see a couple of kayakers. We also saw 2 guys doing some rock art in the creek (take a look at the pics below). We have some friends from Memphis coming later this month - so we are trying to find some cool places to go and I think this one makes the cut. Have a great day!

Hello everyone! I apologize for the long absence - I just think May is a crazy month! The boys are finally out of school and we are getting into a routine (somewhat).
